Each of our therapists have completed thorough training in the areas of integrative wellness practices, stress and stress management, cognitive-behavioural therapy, attachment, suicide assessment, prevention and intervention, and compassion fatigue.
Therapists have also completed cross-disciplinary training in areas such as emotional regulation, somatic awareness training, play therapy, art therapy, working with trauma. dissociation, yoga, mindfulness, meditation, neurofeedback, and biofeedback and have strong awareness of how trauma and attachment impact and are treated accordingly.

Brooke, RP (Q), Master's in Counselling Psychology Brooke is experienced in working with all ages
Brooke believes that building an environment of trust, safety and respect are of the utmost importance with all her clients. She draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches including Person Centered, Solution-Focused, Emotion-Focused and Cognitive-Behavioural therapies, allowing her to tailor treatment to the specific needs of her client. Respecting client autonomy, Brooke approaches treatment in a collaborative manner. Through her warm, down-to-earth nature, Brooke’s goal in each session is to create a safe space where her client feels heard and is comfortable being their authentic self.
Brooke's areas interest include infertility treatment, grief and loss work, brain-based parenting, working with trauma, compassion fatigue prevention and overall wellness and stress management.
Brooke is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Toronto and is now completing her Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.

Amanda Stemplowski, RP, MACP Amanda is experienced in working with all ages (including young children)
As a Trauma Therapist and Registered Psychotherapist, I work with both children and adults while offering a safe space where we’ll heal the root issues to make a lasting change. Working together, we will find an approach that best fits your needs. I specialize in working with young children however have experience working with all ages. My goal is to meet my clients where they are at, while guiding and empowering them to make positive changes in their life.
My approach is integrative and holistic as I believe it is important to heal both the mind and the body. I use the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Model however use additional modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused and Play Therapy.

Martin joined our team as a student therapist under direct supervision of Lori Gill in May, 2019, and has been working with us since. He has earned a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology and an Honours Bachelor degree in Science, specializing in psychology. Martin has completed training in our Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM) ® and is a Certified Trauma Integration Clinician (CTIC). Martin is a Registerd Psychotherapist, RP with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). He has also completed workshops with focus on trauma, attachment, and loss. He is dedicated to a holistic integrative approach to provide clients with somatic, experiential, and evidence based treatments with a goal of integrating the mind and body as part of the healing process. Martin has experience working with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, emotion dysregulation, borderline personality disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, trauma, and attachment issues. Cassandra Gordon, RP, MACP, Neurofeedback Practitioner, Senior Therapist Cassandra is experienced in working with all ages
Cassandra in a Senior Therapist therapist Cassandra holds a Master of Arts Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from Brock University in Child and Youth Studies and Psychology and a Bachelor of Science (Honours degree in Medical Sciences. Cassandra has completed graduate coursework in Child and Youth Studies. Prior to working with ATTCH Niagara Cassandra completed an 8 month student placement with us under the supervision of Lori Gill, RP, Founder and Clinical Director. Cassandra has experience working with complex presentations of trauma including attachment and relational trauma, childhood abuse and neglect, sexual violence, human trafficking, sex workers, domestic violence, and addictions. Cassandra has been working in the mental health field for approximately seven years. Cassandra has worked in community crisis mental health services, supervised access programs, and children’s foster care settings. Cassandra has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families. This broad experience informs Cassandra’s therapeutic practice. Cassandra's practice is integrative. Jonathan DiSanto, RP (Q), MACP Jonathan is experienced in working with all ages
Jonathan completed a Master of Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and is was a former student therapist under the supervision of Lori Gill, RP, Founder and Clinical Director of LGP. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Brock University and developed an interest in the field of Psychotherapy throughout that time.
Jonathan has grown in his understanding of the mind and the complexities of mental health throughout completing his graduate program and volunteering with adults struggling with various mental health issues.
Jonathan has taken interest in different therapeutic approaches, specifically cognitive-behavioural models and values the importance of considering the whole person when working with clients.

Amanda Tew, Counsellor Amanda specializes in working with children and youth but is experienced in working with all ages
Amanda Tew’s greatest passion has been helping people. With almost three decades of experience in counseling, her journey has been dedicated to supporting children, youth, and families through their most challenging times. More recently, she has extended her counseling services to include adults as well. Amanda’s commitment to making a positive impact in peoples lives has been the driving force behind her career.
From the beginning, Amanda’s path in counseling was guided by a desire to understand and address the unique needs of children and youth. She embarked on her professional journey by becoming certified as a Child and Youth Worker (CYW) through Mohawk College. This certification laid the foundation for her understanding of the developmental stages and challenges faced by young individuals. As her knowledge and experience grew, she pursued further certification as a Child and Youth Counselor (CYC), enabling her to delve deeper into mental health and behavioral issues affecting children and adolescents.
Throughout her career, Amanda has had the privilege of working in various settings, including group homes, treatment centers, and the school system. These experiences have provided her with invaluable insights into the complex needs of individuals and families. They have enhanced her skills and prepared her for the challenges she encounters in her private practice. As a parent herself and someone who has worked closely with other parents, she understands the multifaceted challenges that parents face and has made it a goal to help parents not only navigate these challenges but also experience the many rewards that come with parenthood.

Rina Johnson, Somatic Therapist Rina is experienced in working with all ages
I am a graduate of Kelowna College with specialization in Psychotherapy and a graduate of York University with a BA in Sociology. I am currently in the process of obtaining Certified Trauma Integration Clinician (CTIC) at ATTCH (Attachment and Trauma Treatment Centre for Healing) and a certification in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy (ISTT) at The Embody Lab.
I have broad experience working in the nonprofit sector with children, youth and elderly who experience social equity issues and struggle with mental health and wellbeing.
I hold certifications in various therapeutic modalities focusing on trauma healing, somatics and basic training in play therapy and sand tray therapy.
My style of practice focuses on the relationship between the psyche and the physical body. I draw from various therapeutic styles such as Gestalt Therapy, Play Therapy and Somatic Therapy. I strive to empower individuals to build a healthy and loving relationship with oneself while focusing on the ability to hold multiple truths about their experiences with compassion; as well as, build the capacity to withstand the emotional and energetic charge that happens as a response to stress/trauma.
Samantha McLean, Trauma Counsellor and Neurofeedback Practitioner Samantha is experienced in working with all ages
Samantha has been with ATTCH Niagara since October 2023 and a graduate of the Social Service Worker Program at Niagara College. Samantha has worked in the social work field since 2019 and often volunteers her time at local outreach agencies and shelters. Homelessness, poverty, and addictions have been a passion of hers and she strives to make a difference in vulnerable populations and her community.
She is practiced and knowledgeable in cognitive behavior therapy and solution-focused therapy and is fully trained in the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model. Samantha uses an anti-oppressive lens in all her work and recognizes the importance of an inclusive and empathetic atmosphere.
Samantha also has an extensive knowledge of our community agency partners through her work as a team advocate with the YWCA Niagara Region. As an advocate, Samantha has supported womxn through self-determination in a variety of circumstances, including housing, employment, intimate partner violence, and emotional healing. Prior to working with ATTCH Niagara Samantha completed an 8 month student placement program with us under the supervision of Lori Gill, RP, Founder and Clinical Director. Samantha is trained in the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM) and uses this in her work with clients. Samantha is also trained in Infra-Low Neurofeedback.
Sheri Eggleton, Therapeutic Play Specialist, Hons., B.A., Psyc, Certified Trauma Integration Clinician (CTIC) Sheri specializes in working with young children
Sheri earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and graduated from Brock University with First Class Honours. She has completed post graduate studies in play therapy through the Canadian Association of Child and Play Therapy and is working towards certification. She has certificates in Introductory and Intermediate Theraplay, and has training in Sandtray-Worldplay Therapy and Filial Therapy. She has also participated in several workshops focusing on trauma, loss and attachment. Sheri has completed training in our Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM) ® and is a Certified Trauma Integration Clinician (CTIC).
Sheri has over 15 years of experience working with children in both counselling and developmental sectors. In addition, she has presented workshops on Cognitive Behaviour Play Therapy and recently had an original play therapy technique published. Sheri has a genuine passion for working with children and families and helping them to heal from trauma through the use of creative techniques.
Nardin holds a Masters in Christian counselling Psychology at Canada Christian College, Whitby, Ontario. I have a medical background as I have graduated from Medicine school, Cairo, Egypt. when I came to Canada, I loved to pursue my career as a counsellor and a mental health worker in order to help those in need to understand their thoughts and feelings and be able to deal with their traumatic experiences through walking in the right path towards hope and self-acceptance. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients to create individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet their needs, and resolve the issues that they are facing in their lives, and I have a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw upon.
She has completed training in ATTCH's Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM).
I have experience working with people suffering from depression and anxiety. I also have experience in family counselling, especially families with kids with special needs like Down Syndrome and Autism spectrum Disorder. My main therapeutic approach is cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I also incorporate elements from other models such as mindfulness and Acceptance Commitment Therapy when needed. My ultimate goal is to empower clients to take control of their lives, and to promote meaningful change in their lives and they could reach a sense of self-fulfillment.
Amanada Bonin, Trauma Counsellor Amanda is experienced in working teens and adults
Amanda is a trauma counsellor, certified in ITATM processing. She has an undergraduate degree in Specialization Psychology, and is presently completing a Master's in Counselling Degree. Amanda has completed an a mentorship program with us under the supervision of Lori Gill, RP, Founder and Clinical Director.
Amanda is passionate about helping others heal from past traumas and move towards living in a more grounded and embodied manner. Amanda has been working at ATTCH since February 2023 and continues to support clients with a trauma-informed approach to treatment. Amanda offers a safe and welcoming environment in which clients are given the space to express themselves and heal. When Amanda is not counselling, she enjoys being active and being in nature.
May Al-Fartousi, RP, MACP May is experienced in working with all ages
May is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) who completed her master in counselling psychology degree at Yorkville University. May also completed her PhD and postdoctoral research in the areas of multicultural competence, identity development, and social justice. She has academic publications and experience teaching graduate courses related to cross-cultural experiences associated with families from various ethnic groups in the Faculty of Educational Studies at Brock.
May's approach aligns with integrative therapy (e.g., Mindfulness-based Interventions, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, holistic focus on self-growth and meaningful change).
May completed her training in trauma at the Attachment Trauma Centre for Healing and has completed training in ATTCH's Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM) ®. May completed her practicum placement under the supervision of ATTCH Founder, Lori Gill.

Lindsay O'Neil, MSW Lindsay is experienced in working with all ages
Lindsay is trained as a trauma therapist using the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model. This model integrates EMDR therapy with elements of cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and play based therapies woven in as secondary interventions. Lindsay works with clients of all ages including children and youth. Trauma impacts not only our minds but our bodies as well. Although we can't take away the experience, we can definitely change the way the experience impacts us.
Janice Ferguson, BSW, MSW, Senior Therapist Janice is experienced in working with all ages
As a Registered Social Worker Janice offers over 21 years combined experience in the human services field inclusive of healthcare, child welfare, sexual assault, and social assistance sectors. Janice provides safe non-judgmental support and offers gentle insight into parenting through an attachment informed lens. She holds a Master of Social Work through Buffalo University with a specific focus on trauma-informed care. She is a Certified Trauma Integration Clinician (CTIC) through the Attachment and Trauma Treatment Centre for Healing (ATTH) where she previously completed a mentorship program with ATTCH Founder Lori Gill.
Graduate Student Interns
Lori Gill Psychotherapy is also a teaching organization. We are a highly competitive placement site and receive a high volume of applications each term from across Canada allowing us to carefully select students that we know will be a good fit with our organization and the clients that we serve. Each student is fully trained in our Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM) ® and the breadth of techniques that we use. They complete a significant amount of reading, shadowing, and cofacilitation in the early stages of their placement which enhances their skill set and prepares them to provide quality trauma specific and wellness focused treatment. Students are only assigned clients when our clinical director, Lori Gill, views that they have a solid understanding of and effective ability to apply our approach. As a result, we fully support the great work each of our students provide! We are so pleased with their work that students are typically offered employment with Lori Gill Psychotherapy at the end of their placement. To date since we began training students we have not hired outside of our former students as they already have the skills and knowledge we are looking for! It is truly an honour to watch the growth that occurs during their placement and to train others to engage in our treatment model.
Eva Jones, Master's in Clinical Health Counselling Candidate Eva is experienced in working with all ages

Eva has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Brock University, and experience working in ABA services, supporting neurodivergent children. Eva has completed training in the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM). Eva supports her clients based on a holistic and person-centred approach. She creates a safe space based on mutual trust and respect, in order to cultivate growth and understanding. Eva welcomes clients of all backgrounds, and is excited to continue to expand her counselling abilities through working with LGP!
Maïté Simard, Art Therapy Candidate, Toronto Art Therapy Institute (TATI) Maïté is experienced in working with all ages
Maïté Simard is a student Art Therapist at the Toronto Art Therapy Institute (TATI) and a multidisciplinary artist. Her practice is person-centered, layering various media and techniques (such as painting, drawing, sculpting, printing, poetry, sandplay, puppetry, storytelling, or roleplay) to create pathways to self-expression and discovery, with a special interest in the therapeutic use of storytelling, myths, and folktales. She is passionate about trauma recovery and promoting growth, resilience, agency, and trust for individuals, as well as within and between communities.
Maïté is currently a student intern at LGP under the supervision of Lori Gill and has been trained in the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM®). She has 10 years of experience working with immigrant and refugee children and their families in various settings, both in Canada and abroad.
She trained in transcultural intervention at the Sherpa Research Institute in Montreal and holds a MA in Cultural Studies from Queen’s University, a BA in Psychology, Migration, and Arabic studies from UQAM, and a theatre certificate from Laval University. She speaks native French and English, as well as intermediate levels of Spanish, Turkish, and Arabic.
Madison Jamieson, Master's in Clinical Health Counselling Candidate Madison is experienced in working with all ages
Madison is a Master’s candidate in Clinical Mental Health Counselling at Niagara University. With a Bachelor’s degree in Honours Psychology from the University of Windsor. Currently completing her student placement with LGP under the supervision of Lori Gill, Madison is dedicated to helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges with empathy and professionalism.
Madison has previous involvement in the Center for Culture and Organizational Research, providing her with knowledge on understanding and addressing the many factors involved in social challenges. Madison is also engaged in community advocacy, evidenced by her participation in the WPS C.A.R.E.S grant project and volunteering for Niagara University’s “Take Back the Night” event.
At LGP, Madison aims to provide a supportive and safe environment for clients. Her genuine warmth and dedication to mental health advocacy are central to her approach as she continues to grow in her field.

Lisa Devi Kirn Scandolari's approach to teaching is to use her experience, wisdom and positive upliftment in a safe and fun style to help people reach their goals and to empower themselves through Kundalini Yoga. Lisa has completed training in our Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM) ® and is a Certified Trauma Integration Practitioner (CTIP).
Lisa Devi Kirn is a 500 Hour Yoga teacher in Hatha and Kunalini Yoga traditions. Lisa Devi KIrn has studied with many top name international trainers and continues to deepen and expand her knowledge by taking courses each year in Canada and the United States.
Devi offers Kundalini classes in addition to her Hatha classes. She regularly holds Early Morning Sadhana’s, amazing gong meditations, women’s retreats internationally and has become the inspiration for many of her own students to become teachers themselves! Her warm, fun and inspiring classes aim to uplift and elevate. It is her desire that her students leave class with a stronger, more accepting and compassionate sense of themselves in an often changing and challenging world. She is a leader of the new generation of Kundalini Yoga teachers, dedicated to helping people uplift themselves through the powerful technology of Kundalini Yoga and the transformational process of creating teachers. She is beginning an internship with the Aquarian Trainer Academy to become a Kundalini Teacher Trainer herself.
Lisa annually attends the 3H0 Summer Solstice Celebrations in New Mexico where attendees from all countries and faiths learn and work together under the science of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, often having her students join her on this adventure.
