Whether you are new to yoga or looking to revitalize your practice this class provides you with tools and inspiration. The word Kripalu means “compassion.” Based on the principals of being present and honouring one’s individual strengths and limitations, Kripalu yoga offers possibilities of increased balance, well-being, and transformation.
