Gentle Hatha Yoga is a way for us to experience being in our physical body, aware of the present moment and breath. Yoga allows us to experiment with:
Breathing
Grounding
Moving
Strengthening
Stretching
Resting
Classes are designed so that individuals are able to let go of everyday stress held in the physical body and to slow down fluctuations of the mind. The teacher is there to provide safe, professional guidance and to help individuals focus on particular aspects of the practice (what muscles they are using, what it feels like to have their feet on the ground and be present, what it feels like to breathe), and how to take their yoga practice “off the mat.” Classes will be gentle and suitable for all.
The class size is limited to 10 students which means more personal attention and adjustments!

$20 per class – drop in OR Pre-register for 6 week session for $108.
