Lori is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP), Certified Trauma Specialist (CTS), Consultant Supervisor and Trainer, and a Certified Compassion Fatigue Specialist. Lori has held positions various professional positions working with addictions, mental health, child welfare, access to services, school counselling, and eating disorders. Her approach is multifaceted building upon knowledge of neuroscience and physiology. Brooke, RP (Q), Master's in Counselling Psychology Brooke is experienced in working with all ages
Brooke believes that building an environment of trust, safety and respect are of the utmost importance with all her clients. She draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches including Person Centered, Solution-Focused, Emotion-Focused and Cognitive-Behavioural therapies, allowing her to tailor treatment to the specific needs of her client. Respecting client autonomy, Brooke approaches treatment in a collaborative manner. Through her warm, down-to-earth nature, Brooke’s goal in each session is to create a safe space where her client feels heard and is comfortable being their authentic self.
Brooke's areas interest include infertility treatment, grief and loss work, brain-based parenting, working with trauma, compassion fatigue prevention and overall wellness and stress management.
Brooke is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Toronto and a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Brooke is also a Certified Trauma Integration Clinician, having been trained in the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM). She also holds her Clinical Trauma Professional certificate from the International Trauma Training Institute.
Brooke completed her internship at ATTCH Niagara and LGP under the supervision of Lori Gill, RP, founder and clinical director.
Amanda Stemplowski, RP, MACP Amanda is experienced in working with all ages (including young children)
As a Trauma Therapist and Registered Psychotherapist, I work with both children and adults while offering a safe space where we’ll heal the root issues to make a lasting change. Working together, we will find an approach that best fits your needs. I specialize in working with young children however have experience working with all ages. My goal is to meet my clients where they are at, while guiding and empowering them to make positive changes in their life.
My approach is integrative and holistic as I believe it is important to heal both the mind and the body. I use the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Model however use additional modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused and Play Therapy.
