Healing trauma and attachment wounding requires learning how to depotentiate the trauma and build new patterns of being and relating to others in the Brian, body and nervous system. One of the great things about our clinic is that due to the extensive training our staff experience we are experienced in working with general concerns and life experiences we can also assist with more complex treatment needs such as trauma, attachment wounding, addictions, self-harm and suicide ideation. We are experienced in providing individual, group, couples, and family therapy and have a variety of creative yet effective clinical skills to help you achieve balance.
In addition to general wellness and stress management counselling skills our therapists also have specialized training in leading edge approaches such as: Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM), Neurofeedback (including professional home neurofeedback), Biofeedback, Self-Compassion Training to Increase Authenticity, Mindfulness Training, Trauma therapy (we provide support around all types of trauma in a safe structured manner).
